Angel Tampinco was my father’s ( Conrado ) father. I was in grade school in early 60s when Angel moved to live with us in Maypajo Caloocan Rizal until his death. Angel was buried in North cemetery.
Angel left behind some personal items I believe were related to sculpture. I did not have any idea what those items were for but my siblings and I had fun playing with them. I have in my possession a wooden bust of suffering Christ without arms. My family has expressed intention to donate this bust to a museum where we think it deserves its rightful place however the plan has not materialised.
Vidal one of the son of Isabelo Tampinco is my grand father, the family of Tampinco are living in Arlegui Quiapo Manila. I am very happy that we are having this kind of book and looking forward to have a copy.
