My reputation as a science blogger here in Filipiniana.net will finally be ruined because of this blog entry about food! Hahaha! While our website is under going some maintenance due to technical problems and upgrades, and everyone is busy doing their assigned tasks, I just want to share my craving for this meal called sarciado.
I previously owned a food blog but I already stopped it because writing ingredients and procedures in cooking a particular meal that is being feature on my food blog really took a lot of time. Thinking of changing a particular word from Tagalog to English was very hard , indeed! Just think of translating the word sangkutsa! It really was a pain, wasn’t it? What if some foreigner passed by my food blog and got an interest cooking the meal that I featured, how will he/she can understand the word sangkutsa? So, I finally decided to stopped it and soon will be deleted, but I just couldn’t find the time.
